− Beetje aan de warme kant. Koeling appartement niet aanwezig?
Alles gut und nach Vorstellung.
9.0Schön geräumig, Groß und sehr schön eingerichtet. Schöne hohe Räume,Kernsaniert.
− Lage und Zugang zum Unterkunft. Das macht aber die Unterkunft nicht schlechter dadurch.!
Innen hui, außen pfui
5.0Die Wohnung ist relativ frisch renoviert.
− Leider tröstet das nicht über den Gesamtzustand des Hauses Hinweg: unangenehmer, muffiger Geruch im Flur, Wäscheständer vor dem Aufzug, insgesamt ist das Haus dringend renovierungsbedürftig. Außerdem ist die Lage mitten in der Fußgängerzone nicht gut, da bis spät in den Abend laute Menschen die Ruhe sehr gestört haben. Hätte es im Internet auch Fotos von der Außenansicht des Hauses gegeben, hätte ich dort nicht gebucht.
