The apartment is spacious - especially if, like us, you are only with 2 sharing 3 bedrooms and generally well equipped (see note below though). There is no nearby road and with the sea lapping directly under your balcony, the surf is the only sound you will be hearing. The views across the bay from dawn to sunset are priceless. Check in was nice and easy with a very helpful and friendly lady. The building lays about 100 meters along the beach beyond the end of the road. That is both a plus (quietness) and a minus (schlepping luggage) but for us the plus certainly outweighed the minus. Add another 60 meters or so for the excellent baker and well stocked supermarket (Sipsas). We thought the price extremely attractive for what you get.

− While the equipment (washing machine, oven, fridge/freezer, hot water kettle, coffee machine) provided generally operated as expected, we could not get the electric hob to operate properly so we relied on the oven for indoor meals. Only one of the 4 heaters of the hob seemed to operate properly. We also thought the lighting of the balcony and the living area could be greatly improved if the neon hard white lightbulbs were replaced by warm soft lightbulbs.

Great location in a very relaxed village with a lovely variety of places to eat.

We were met by the hosts on the day and were fast and efficient at welcoming us. The apartment is well located and has great facilities, despite the 3rd bedroom having no Air-con it was fine in the evening with the other rooms staying cool even when it hit 38 degrees C outside. We really enjoyed the boat trip with George on the "Fishing and Dreaming in Artaki". He's a great host.

− Could do with a toaster and microwave. I would consider having a guest parasol and folding seats for the beach. No guest book or welcome book to leave tips and ratings on local eateries.

To wake up to the beautiful view of the bay and be able to step straight into the sea for a swim.

Relaxing, peaceful stay in a 3 bedroom property with simply stunning views

The Balcony with its stunning views was definitely the highlight of the property. The apartment is very peaceful and relaxing.

− The location although within easy walking distance of the bars, restaurants of Koroni it was somewhat a steep walk up and down to Zags beach. It would be very helpful to provide some sunbeds/beach chairs so you could take advantage of the beautiful Artaki beach ithe property is situated on.
