Everything was immaculate in the villa & pool/ outside area. Location was also excellent. Would definitely stay there again.

This villa is brilliant, its very well kept, the staff Filio and Manolis were amazing, whenever we needed any help they were here within the hour, when we arrived there was a lovely hamper with lots of little gifts. Theres plenty of seating space at the villa and loads of storage space in the wardrobes which is handy, all the tvs are smart tvs so you get plenty choice. We couldn’t fault Tonia the cleaner she is such a hard worker and shes lovely, she brought us a cake to say goodbye and it was delicious. Theres some good restaurants nearby and Wave is a must try, theres some shops nearby where you can get groceries etc… a supermarket a 10 minute walk around the corner and a Lidl a 10 minute bus drive away, the buses pick up every half an hour from outside the imperial hotel which is a minute walk from the villa.

− There were a few small issues with the villa which could be improved upon… like having a full body length mirror so you could see your outfits, the electrics as we did have some issues with the lighting, the rails on the stairs was loose upon arrival, the landline phone which was supposed to be for contacting for help wasn’t working but thank fully Filio gave us her whats app and no matter the time of day Filio and Manolis came and promptly fixed these issues.

Perfect location with everything within easy reach with our own private pool and beach across the road.

Location, plenty of restaurants 50m - 100m of the property, supermarket 30m, beach across the road. Cleaner came in during the week. Our host Filio was at our beck and call and made our stay so comfortable. Welcome basket was a nice little perk. We have a telephone line to 24/7 reception. We were treated like we were in a hotel but we had our own private pool. The pool was a perfect depth at 1.7m. Also a nice was along the prom.

Perfect property for group travelers. Huge balconies with bedrooms. Highly recommend. The host was very nice and helpful

We spent one week in the Villa Per Mare with family. Everything was perfect : the equipment, the location just in front of the sea, good restaurant by walk, the beach, the pool, the air conditionning in all the rooms, the food and the gifts when we arrived. The hosts were very welcoming, they thought of everything so we could spend a perfect time there : wifi, Netflix, games for the kids, pharmacy, everything was very clean and new. Someone came during the week to clean the house, another one one morning to clean the pool, the agency gave us very good advises to visit some villages, restaurants, even arranged prices for bicycles renting. We are used to travel all around the world, and this is the first time we had this types of services. THANK YOU AGAIN for this wonderfull week!
