Value for money for location and convenience.
9.0The room had everything needed for a short to medium-term stay. I was there for about 10-11 nights while in between homes and was continually surprised by the number of amenities it contained, including an air-fryer, oven, washing machine, hangers for drying clothes, night lamp, study desk etc. I was able to cook all my meals instead of having to eat out all the time. The landlord was very responsive and helpful when the toiletries ran out, as well as in responding to the carbon monoxide alarm needing a changed battery. Overall, very good experience for what I paid.
− The room could be renovated a bit. The flooring is old and slightly shabby but nothing too serious.

Well managed bedsit in excellent location
10.0Small bedsit with an excellent location. Manager exceptionally communicative and helpful. Quiet and safe. Good shops including M&S nearby and easy rail link to Gatwick. I ve stayed several times.

Good location, don't use the oven
8.0The good Really close to Emirates Stadium, great location bed was comfortable, wifi was decent, 5 mins from Finsbury park , relatively safe area
− The bad I don't recommend the gas oven maybe put an air fryer in the room instead I used the gas oven which is situated right beside the bed, about 10 mins after I had cooked food I heard a beep, then realized it was the carbon Monoxide alarm and a reading of 42 so I ventilated the place well and reading went back to 0 but it did me cautious to sleep there for the night, definitely get that checked because a lot of people wouldn't have coped onto the alarm and fallen asleep
