Extremely well furnished. Beautiful facilities, big modern bathroom and kitchen, spacious rooms, lovely lounge area and epic outdoor sitting area overlooking the farms and ocean.

− Rooms got a bit warm, and cooling system didn’t seem to regulate temperature that well. But not a major deal.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus, perfekt zur Entspamnung. Sehr ansprechend eingerichtet, auch die Küche. Gutes Pub in Gehweite, Spaziergang zum spektakulären Strand.

Absolute gem of a countryside & beach retreat in the Vale of Glamorgan

The property was stunning - it's been finished to such a high standard and looks even more lovely in person than the photos! The location is perfect for those looking for a stay in a quiet and countryside/ beach area. Even though we went in June and the weather wasn't great, it was so lovely just sitting in the living area watching the rain, and with a pub a 2 minute walk away it's a great spot too if you get caught in some bad weather. There's a great patio area for dogs which gave us peace of mind to let the dog roam freely! Great walks down along the coast and brilliant for trail running too; the cliffs are spectacular (particularly for a geology/ rock lover like me) and it's just a short drive round to beaches like Ogmore and we even went to Kenfig Sands which was stunning. Karen was incredibly fast to respond and gave us some great recommendations, and it was excellent value for money - we're already planning when we can come and stay to visit again!

A beautiful property situated in a lovely area and exceeded our expectations. From the thoughtful welcome pack to the owners contact to check all was well, we couldn't have asked for more. The nearby pub was a welcome added bonus. We travelled in an electric car and were amazed how well this part of Wales was served by accessible chargers. We are more than happy to give the property the highest recommendation.

We loved our stay at Ysgubor Twt. The property is in a great location, so peaceful and surrounded by fields of sheep and has great views over to the coast. The cottage itself was extremely comfortable and well thought out. The hosts were great, very responsive. It's a lovely place to spend time.
