The cleanliness and quietness

− The reception was poor and I did not know whp tp communicate with as I had to deal with different faces who said they were asked to respond to me. i never met or spoke to the owner or the host. There was no internet as spacified in the ad.

The hosts were very welcoming. Asanda and her colleague went above and beyond to assist me. I would reccomend the place because of it's location. It is smack-bang in the CBD and the security team are vigilint which gave me assurance particularly relating to my safety.

− I do think Wifi could be included. Even if it is capped per client/guest.
