Good experience, with great staff.
8.0Staff is great, very responsive. The room is of good size. The garden is very nice for dinner or evening tea.
− No channels on TV except YouTube, everything else requires a subscription. Rooms are fine, but for 5 stars require some refurbishing. The gym is average, good if you spend 10-20 minutes.

I would highly recommend GLV II primarily for its very friendly staff and safety and convenience.
9.0The location is very convenient for guests attending meetings in UNON and going to the Village Market after work. Hotel staff are very friendly and accommodating, especially Elijah, Duncan and Jeremiah, which made our stay very pleasant. I recommend that the hotel offer more options for breakfast for the benefit of guests with dietary restrictions or staying in the hotel for a longer time.
− The hotel could provide free airport shuttle service to and from the airport for the convenience of guests.
