10.0Stupenda vista su Ponta do Sol dal terrazzino provvisto di tavolo, sedie e ombrellone. Casa disposta su 2 livelli con 2 bagni e 2 camere, cucina attrezzata e lavanderia. Al suo interno tutto quello che serve. Parcheggio in strada appena fuori dalla proprietà. Proprietaria gentile e sempre disponibile. Dimora perfetta per le mie vacanze.
Nerviger lauter Aufenthalt in einem etwas älteren Haus
5.0Das Haus war sauber, es war gut ausgestattet auch alles vorhanden zum kochen, Matratzen waren bequem,
− In direkter Nachbarschaft gab es mehrere laute Hunde die von Morgens 7.00h bis sehr oft 23.00h andauernd nervend gebellt haben, wir konnten uns auf dem Balkon wenig entspannen, ich sprach die direkte Nachbarnin an , man wurde nur belächelt, da das Gebelle morgens beim noch schlafen begann, waren wir schon am frühen Morgen genervt. Die Auffahrt zum Haus ist nicht ohne d.h. man muss viele Strassen hochfahren bis man auf dem Berg ist wo das Haus steht. es gibt keinerlei Geschäfte , man muss erstmal aufwendig runter in den Ort fahren. das gleiche gilt für Restaurants. Ich würde das Haus nicht mehr buchen, wir haben extra Ruhe gesucht und es nicht viel gefunden. Die Fenster kann man vergessen, die nehmen keinerlei Schall weg, wie Fensterglass. Der Teppichboden war wohl etwas älter. Die Wasserpumpe tat ihr übriges, ständig lief Wasser, als ob wir noch Nachbarn im Haus hätten. auch in der Nacht. in der Küche konnte man nichts zu Essen auf dem Tisch liegen lassen, die 'Ameisen waren schnell da. Als wir nach einer Woche nach frischen Handtüchern und Bettwäsche frugen, wurden wir informiert, dass wir dafür extra bezahlen müssten. für das Geld pro Tag fand ich das schon unverschämt. Es gab leider keine Liegestühle für den Balkon, nur normale Stühle

9.0Bardzo dobrze wyposażony dom z ładnym widokiem i tarasem. Bardzo miła właścicielka.

− Alles gedateerd. Heeft een upgrade nodig. Kreeg het huis niet warm in de winter. 1 straalkacheltje voor het hele huis? Heb de oven aangezet om het warm te krijgen in de keuken. 2 dagen eerder weg gegaan. Last van de honden en vogels van de buren zie foto. Douche verstopt. Werd niet op gehandeld zie foto.
