Location great parking was great

− Ants all over problem with a couple of lights. The lights got replaced. The ants 🐜 got worse. The hot tub overshot the jets not enough forks. Seven of us and four forks. Some blinds need to be replaced. Most of been a water leak at some time. The ceiling in dining room had damage. We did not use any games in the garage.some lights in the bedrooms were not plugged into right outlet for light switch

Good pool, poor cleanliness.

The pool is excellent, sun all day and the master bedroom was very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped for 4 people but a larger group would struggle with only 5 forks! The location is ideal for Orlando and Tampa.

− Poor cleanliness the settee in the main area was heavily soiled, dead cockroaches, dirty rugs, sticky floors and what looked like cockroach droppings on the towels, curtains and floors. Air hockey table was unusable and the pool table was heavily stained and unlevel to the point it was unusable. The downstairs toilet was broken (as there were only 4 of us and several bathrooms, this was not a real problem). Generally poorly maintained.

House was big and roomy for a lot of people or kids in my case.

− Ants everywhere. I paid for pool to be heated and it was not. Also the hot tub was very dirty.
