10.0Et super fin nyrenoveret rækkehus udstyret med alt hvad man har brug for samt en tilhørende fin lukket have. Desuden er der en tilhørende aflåst garage. Huset liller lidt udenfor centrum i et stille og roligt område.

− Die Straße war sehr sehr laut. Das Lüften Nachts war nicht möglich. Ab 04 Uhr war schon sehr viel Verkehr unterwegs. Tags über war das Lüften nicht möglich. Ich bin strenger nicht Raucherin. Jedes Mal wo das Fenster aufgemacht würde. Wirklich jedes Mal!! kam eine heftige Rauchwolke von der Kettenraucherin Nachbarin hinein. Das hat wirklich sehr gestört. Auf der Terrasse sitzen und den Abend genießen war wegen ständigen heftigen Rauchbelästigung auch kaum möglich. Es fehlen leider Mücken/Fliegengitter an den Fenster.
