Over priced and dirty unit but enjoyed old Orchard.
5.0Proximity to the beach and palace play land
− The floors were so dirty they left our feet black. The bathroom has mold on the walls. A train went by often at all hours waking our whole family and the kids in tears. The ac unit provides zero insulation for the window so the train horn was terribly loud.
