La zona es muy tranquila, ya que está fuera del bullicio de la ciudad, sin embargo, tienes el centro a 5 minutos andando. El piso muy limpio y cómodo. La cocina cómoda para cocinar y comer en ella. Tiene plaza de garaje que le da un plus, aunque hay sitio en la calle, ya que es una zona de urbanizaciones.
