Excellent beach rental on the quiet side of the Yucatan coast.
10.0The apartment is on the third floor with a view of the ocean. It is spacious. The location is excellent to get to progresos or drive to the fantastic beach in chuburna. The owner, Ramon, is great and responded to any issues immediately.

2.0new furniture, although many things missing (kitchen poorly equipped- extremely difficult to cook, missing bed-side lamps and tables).
− The apartment is fresh new and could be great if improved. However, the current situation is terrible. First, the company was trying to make us pay twice the cleaning fee that we already paid on booking. After calling booking twice (and paying for international call), booking fortunately solved the situation. The check-in process was really complicated and annoying. The building is at the main road (noise from cars), with reconstruction works ongoing all night on the neighboring building (almost impossible to sleep properly). After arrival, the floors and cutlery were dirty. Cooking almost impossible due to poor kitchen equipment. No drinking water, only salty water in bathroom, kitchen and swimming. Barbecue that is advertised does not exist. Only 4 sunbeds for the whole building (3 apartments for up to 18 people). All communication only with a Spanish company that reacts late due to different time zones. Car parking difficult if fully occupied. Far (15 min drive) from the beach.
Pleasant
6.0Parkings outside the building although you have to share with 2 other rentals. Sometimes is hard to park if the other 2 rentals didn’t park properly. This properly is located on the ground floor so the Pool is right outside.
− Dog poo around the pool. The entrance lock is a bit hard to navigate. It seems to be malfunctioning. However when we messaged the owner, the owner didn’t mention it just copy and pasted the instructions. WiFi signals are not so great, some of the areas do not even have signals. Shower pressure not so great and limited hot water. I would say warm water.
