10.0L'appartamento dotato di ogni comodità, pulito, ordinato. Il sig.Paolo squisito attento e premuroso. Tornerò volentieri appena possibile, Osimo ci ha conquistati.

10.0TODO, precioso apartamento totalmente nuevo, habitacion, baño, cocina totalmente extra equipada, la vitro era perfecta y rapida, lavadora-secadora, la presión del agua era muy buena, secador de pelo de calidad, hay un cuartito donde estan los utensilios de limpieza, nos dejaron una agua, llegamos a una hora no prevista y el anfitrion nos espero con mucha amabilidad, dejas el coche delante de la misma puerta del apartamento. todo un lujo. nos sentimos mejor que en casa. VOLVERE. sin dudarlo.

10.0Saubere und gepflegte Wohnung mit Klimaanlage und Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet. Die Entfernung in die Altstadt mit Geschäften und Restaurants beträgt max. 10 Gehminuten. Der Vermieter Herr Marinelli führt ein traditionsreiches Feinkostgeschäft direkt in der Nähe. Er ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die regionalen Spezialitäten sind sehr zu empfehlen. Zum Strand nach Sirolo oder Numana und Marcelli ist es mit dem Auto ebenfalls nicht weit. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!
