7.0The Breakfast buffet was having good variety but when I compare the Hotel wuth other Ramada Properties like Ramada Chandigarh , Ramada Ahemdabad and Ramada Amritsar , I must mention there was lack of Taste in Paranthas , Poori Bhaji and other north Indian Dishes....otherwise poha and omelette were good... If you are Punjabi and looking for Yellow Dal then you must eat it at their Restaurant only... Special thanks to Mr Rupesh ( Manager) for his kind support... Mr Rupesh even arranged Anniversary Cake for my parents Anniversary celebration.. And Restaurant staff Ms Susuma for giving us quick service...
− The Pool was not managed properly...It was not getting cleaned regularly....my child got infection after swimming just for one day.... Cleaning Standards were not maintained as per Ramada Protocol...

Comfortable Stay with Great Staff, but Property Needs Upgrades..
7.0Staff was very good and humble. Rooms were clean and maintained promptly. Spacious rooms and a comfortable stay overall.
− What I didn’t like was that the location is a little far from the beach and there’s not much nearby. The breakfast options were mostly the same every day, which became boring. The property also feels a bit old now and needs maintenance. The gym should be improved with better air conditioning, and the kids’ play zone also needs improvement, as that was one of the reasons I booked the hotel.
