9.0Tranquility and peace of mind
− Loud early morning church service music on speakers while I was still sleeping on Sunday. The bathroom door had no handle and had to use a blade to open it
It was not enjoyable and didnt meet my expectation
3.0I did not have breakfast in the facility
− Curtains were not properly hanged,some curtain hooks were off and curtains hanged clumsy. Poor lighting,not even a bed side lamp. No hangers to hang my clothes. Safe not in working order and struggled to get an iron for my clothes.The Staff told me they dont know who took it,got frustrated and only when I asked for a Manager that they went to check in other rooms. During my last evening the neighbours were fighting and swearing at each other. I got up around 1am to that noise and could not sleep afterwards because of their noise.No one came to see or check what was going on. The shower,when I turned the taps to shower-water wouldn't come out immediately.I always had to wait for about +-10 mins before the water actually flows through. I will never book that place again and wouldn't recommend for anyone to stay at.

10.0Breakfast was exotic and the ladies offered an amazing service as it was a father's day plus my daughter birthday I was overwhelmed with all the love given to my people.
