10.0Location! Right in the centre of Ventnor, which itself is a lovely place to be. Walk out of the courtyard and you're on the high street. Nice french doors opening onto courtyard. Nice to have the same, with balcony, on first floor too. I loved having my coffee and toast there.
− I'd be nitpicking to put anything really. Oh ok then... the shower on the lower ground floor is a bit cramped. But there is another one up top. The cooker could have been cleaner, and the baking trays in it, but we only used it for heating takeaway meals from the supermarket. And the under counter fridge/freezer is, well, under the counter, so it was a bit low capacity for the 6 of us. But they couldn't put one anywhere else very easily. Children not allowed to bounce balls in the courtyard, and we can't hang washing on the provided airer, on the back step. We were advised of those rules after we'd broken them, by our very apologetic hosts, and I am told they have now added those rules to the description of the property.. None of what I mention spoiled our enjoyment particularly. Perhaps it will be useful information for other people though. Oh, one front door key between 6 people seems a bit tight, but this was overcome by half of us taking the backdoor key, and thankfully remembering to put it back on the key ring the morning we left!

9.0Wij waren met 4 personen en het was ontzettend ruim! Er zijn 2 slaapkamers voor 2 personen en 1 slaapkamer voor 3 personen! De woonkeuken is helemaal beneden en de woonkamer daarboven, dus ieder kon lekker zijn eigen gang gaan en had zijn privacy. Op loopafstand van het heerlijke strand en de winkels.
− 1 badkamer was beetje krap, maar dat vonden we niet erg.

8.0Excellent central location very close to shops, restaurants, the beach and the bus stop; quiet residential street, comfortable place to stay. WiFi and streaming services were very good.
