라 스페치아 역에서 정말 가까워 이동이 매우 편리했습니다. 숙소 주변 거리는 밤에도 밝은 조명이 켜져 있어서 늦은 시간에도 걱정 없이 다닐 수 있었습니다. 주인분이 무척 친절하시고 연락도 신속하게 잘 되어 정말 감사했어요. 내부는 전부 현대적으로 리모델링되어 청결하고 쾌적하게 머물 수 있었고, 객실로 들어오기까지 두 번의 문을 거쳐야 해서 안전하다는 느낌도 들었습니다.매일 새로운 간식과 커피캡슐, 생수, 어메니티 등 다양한 일회용품을 챙겨 주셔서 부족함 없이 지낼 수 있었습니다. 룸클리닝도 요청하면 해주셨지만, 객실 위생 상태가 워낙 좋아 자주 요청하지 않아도 될 정도였습니다. 주변에 마트, 카페, 레스토랑이 많아 필요한 것을 쉽게 구할 수 있었고, 친퀘테레 여행을 계획하시는 분들께도 최고의 위치라고 생각합니다. 다음에 또 방문한다면 망설임 없이 선택할 곳이에요. 아 그리고 와이파이 인터넷은 정말 최고입니다! 속도가 무려 400이 넘게 나와요.

Very clean accomodation and the host was very helpful with several matters and quick to reply if we need assistance. Location is close to the train station

Daily housekeeping and comprehensive amenities was really exceptional at this price point. Would definitely stay here again for the convenience and location. Thank you Stefania!

Beautiful clean spacious room close to the station

My room was clean and spacious (very high ceiling). I wanted a short walk to and from the station. It delivered, yet the walk to the "old town" and port only took about 10 minutes. Stefania, the owner, helped immensely with lots of check -in information (photos and short videos) and recommendations of local restaurants etc, etc. When I had some difficulty accessing the property Stefania was instantly there with the solution. The complimentary coffee pods, teabags,water and snacks were frequently replenished.
