Es el lugar más limpio de todo nuestro viaje en Bali. Ipang ha sido de gran ayuda, amable, y disponible en todo momento. En definitiva, un lugar excepcional donde sin duda volveremos!

Helpful host, but unacceptable by situation management at our expense.
1.0− We booked and paid for one night at this beautiful property. On a positive note, the host was initially very accommodating and allowed us to check in early. However, the issues started the moment we arrived: the property had absolutely no electricity. When we asked the host for information, his response was that there was nothing he could do because it was a neighborhood-wide power outage caused by ongoing roadworks. Although he was helpful in finding us an alternative solution (another villa), the financial handling of the situation was terrible. We had to pay out of our own pockets for the additional cost of the second villa, and on top of that, we also had to pay for the taxi to get there. Unfortunately, I have to leave a negative review. As much as the host was polite and helpful in his words, he should have done much more practically and taken responsibility for the situation. This inconvenience was not our fault, and it is completely unfair that a customer has to lose both peace of mind and money because of it.

10.0Ipang made us welcome from the get go. The villa had everything we could need, was regularly clean and nothing was too much from the hosts.
