Coin de Mire Attitude

− My stay at Coin de Mire Attitude was extremely disappointing, and unfortunately, it is not a hotel I would return to or recommend. The biggest issue started with Room 511, which had an unbearable smell. I reported it to the staff, and I was told it was probably due to the hotel’s drainage system located nearby and that there was essentially nothing they could do about it. Strangely enough, the air outside the room was much fresher than inside, making it difficult to understand how guests are expected to stay in those conditions. The odor became impossible to tolerate, so I requested a room change. Thankfully, the hotel accommodated my request and moved me to another room. The second room was noticeably better—slightly more spacious, very clean, with a comfortable bed, and, most importantly, free from the terrible smell. One important point for future guests: this is not a beachfront hotel. You have to cross the main road to reach the beach. The good news is that the beach itself is absolutely stunning and was easily the highlight of the stay. What truly let the hotel down was the service. The staff, in general, were neither welcoming nor friendly and seemed to lack professionalism, particularly at reception. Most of the time they barely acknowledged guests, keeping their eyes fixed on their computer screens rather than making any effort to interact. Having stayed at many excellent resorts across Mauritius, I can confidently say this was one of the poorest hospitality experiences I’ve had. Even basic amenities such as a complimentary bottle of water were not provided in the room. Dinner at the hotel’s main restaurant, Le Cap, was equally frustrating. The buffet food itself was genuinely good and deserves credit. However, the service was virtually non-existent. Throughout the meal, no one came to ask if I wanted a drink or needed anything. It was only after I had finished my dessert that a staff member finally approached me to ask whether I wanted some water.

Genel olarak özenli bir otel. Odalar tertemiz. Çalışanlar ilgili ve yardımsever. Yemekler de Türk damak tadına uygun seçenek her gün bulduk. Plaj otele 10 sn yürüyerek. Fiyat fayda dengesi olarak çok çok iyi. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Troux beach e toplu ulaşımla 20 dk mesafede

− Sinekler var ama yeşillik olan her yerin problemi yine de çok rahatsız etmediler

Le personnel est aux petits soins , arrêt de bus près de l'hôtel , proche de Grand Baie. Super accueil merci !

Séjour génial à notre arrivée nous avons été accueillis par les personnelles Super chaleureux de notre arrivée au coin de mire altitudes . chambre super propre rien à dire personnelles à l'écoute des clients.nous avons passé 1semaine super génial merci beaucoup ont reviendra chez vous.

− Ont aurait aimé un peu plus d'animation le soir. Par rapport à la première fois quand nous étions venu en 2019.au petit déjeuner j'aurais aimé avoir un capochino au lieu du café.
