1.0− Właścicielka bezczelna oraz niesłowna. Najpierw się umawia, a podczas pobytu zmienia decyzję i finalnie skróciła nam pobyt i jeszcze groziła policją jak się nie wyprowadzimy. Bardzo nie polecam pobytu u tej kobiety.

10.0Unser Aufenthalt im Maison Rose war einfach toll. Roberta ist eine sehr nette, aufmerksame Gastgeberin und spricht hervorragend Englisch, sodass man keine Italienisch-Kenntnisse braucht. Die Wohnung ist für eine Ferienwohnung außergewöhnlich hochwertig und elegant eingerichtet: Parkettboden, Klimaanlage, hochwertige Küche, modernes Bad, toller verglaster Dachaufsatz, Balkon mit schönem Ausblick. Trotz Aufenthalt im Hochsommer haben wir die Klimaanlage nicht gebraucht, da das Dach offenbar gut isoliert ist. Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage; zu Fuss ist der schöne Badestrand in Reno und der Fähranleger Santa Katharina erreichbar, von wo aus wir nach Stresa und auf die Borromäischen Inseln gefahren sind. In wenigen Minuten ist man mit dem Auto (oder per Rad) am Strand in Cerro oder in Laveno.
