− Durante il mio soggiorno, il portone era rotto e l'ingresso all'appartamento risultava molto scomodo. Inoltre, l'acqua per lavarsi non raggiungeva una temperatura adeguatamente calda, rimanendo tiepida. Nonostante avessimo contattato il proprietario per ricevere indicazioni su come risolvere il problema, non abbiamo ricevuto alcuna risposta.
