Overall beautiful shared spaces for groups or families

Lovely shared spaces - living, dining, kitchen & pool/garden area was amazing. Multiple bathrooms - great for big groups. Location - perfect (quiet and safe area yet, quick to drive to attractions and the beach etc.) Hot tub & Sauna were great to use - easy to navigate (note on extra charge communication below) The management team were lovely and sent a message to check in to ensure we had what we needed and be sure to contact for any support, they also dealt with a minor issue raised professionally, which was appreciated.

− Minor notes because overall stay was great: 2 of the bedrooms had no windows and poor ventilation - during summer meant they were very hot. The hot tub & sauna within the property had an extra charge which was initially incorrectly communicated to me that it was included in my booking - helpful to keep communication clear and help guests consider overall value for money.

The Hse was amazing . Very large just needs a bit of attention with beds and equipment in the kitchen . I’ve stayed in a

The size , location , was clean

− The mattresses all need changing very uncomfortable beds . Need new kitchen equipment. Like frying pans ets . Better instructions on parking as parked as instructed and got signs placed on our cars . The light in the stairwell needs a good clean had loads of cobwebs on it .

The hot tub although for the price would have expected it to be included.

− The pool had not been cleaned but they sent someone Matt who was very efficient.

We had a brilliant time, barn 1 at Caldecott is excellent for food and we really enjoyed it

The swimming pool and communal areas were amazing everything we needed

− The beds were very soft and as it was hot the bedrooms were really hot so some fans would have been really amazing. My only other comment is the property was advertised with hot tub and sauna but we had to pay extra to use these. Should be made clear when booking
