5.0Die Nähe zum Hafen und ein hilfsbereiter Vermieter
− Eine unglaublich prekäre Parkplatzsituation, die Wohnung direkt an der Hauptstraße gelegen mit entsprechendem Lärmpegel bis weit nach Mitternacht, Hausbewohner welche die Funktion des Türgriffes zum frühmorgendlichen Schließen von Wohnungs- und Haustüre nicht kennen
Buena habitación pero con ruido
5.0Bien situado, cerca del puerto. Habitación sencilla en mobiliario, con baño completo interior. Dispone de estante donde sitúan elementos para desayuno (bollería industrial, bolsitas de té, etc). Adicionalmente el anfitrión nos dejó gratuitamente unos vales para desayunar en una cafetería cercana, que fue un muy buen detalle. La estancia estaba limpia. Baño funcional, completo. Ante un problema con un estor de oscurecimiento de una ventana (que no existía y permitía el paso de luz por la noche) el anfitrión respondió muy rápido y al día siguiente estaba solucionado.
− ...¿cómo se valora una habitación en la que todo está bien salvo que no puedes dormir por el ruido?... Entra mucho ruido de la calle a la habitación, ya que se encuentra en planta baja, a nivel de una calle con tráfico de entrada a la zona del puerto durante el día y la noche...junto a paso de peatones, parada de autobús. Cerrar las ventanas no era suficiente para evitar el ruido por no estar suficientemente insonorizado (quizás le falte una segunda ventana o mayor aislamiento acústico) y la primera noche me desperté cada 45 minutos. La segunda noche, compré tapones para los oídos y fue mejor... Para aparcar, se aparcaba cerca, pero en zona de pago. Quizás eché en falta alguna mesilla adicional junto al cabecero, pero es un detalle menor.
