10.0A gorgeous modern apartment in Parma. A really comfortable bed with nice modern touches and air con in the bedroom and living room which was essential as it was really hot when I was there. Francesca was a great host with excellent communication and helpful information.

− Induction stove didn’t work but Francesca offered to send handyman to fix it.
Very cosy place on a ready great walkable distanze from the Centre.
8.0Very close to the Centre and all walkable. Nice to get an extra bed in the livingroom for the snoring person i travelled with.
− Sometimes the upstairs neighbours were loud in the evening. There could be a small pan extra if one wants to coock there.

10.0La struttura era molto accogliente e pulita, è stato perfetto per una fuga di qualche giorno. L’appartamento è piccolo, ma perfetto per coppie o singoli, con tutto il necessario per passare un ottimo soggiorno. Si percepisce la cura degli host verso questo appartamento, se dovessi ricapitare in zona ci soggiornerò nuovamente volentieri.
