Great apartment to explore Ancona.
10.0Great location. This apartment has a washer and dryer available in the building. We were able to walk 5 minutes to the market. A 10 minute walk to restaurants.

8.0The apartment is very well equiped with all the appliances. It is newly renovated and clean. It is on the groundfloor, easy access and has his own parking for those who come by (rent a) car.
− When entering has a damp smell. The pillows, the sofa and the mattress might be more comfortable.

Die Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen. Der Vermieter Mauro ist sehr zuvorkommend.
9.0Zeckmässig und gut eingerichtet. Fernzugriff auf die Heizung in Zimmern und Bad hat super durch den Vermieter geklappt!
− Die Wohnung riecht ein bisschen feucht! Sollte event. Entfeuchtet werden. Die Betten quietschen bei jedem Umdrehen. Beim Angebot sollte stehen, dass die Wohnung ebenerdig liegt.
