9.0Location was perfect for what I needed, all the staff were lovely, and the hotel itself is really cool with quirky decor that I loved.
− The mattress on the bed was quite soft. Personally I prefer a firmer mattress but a minor thing overall.
Should be better informed i.e. not petite room.

− They describe room as petite,but this was a gross understatement.My wife and I are both slim people but we could not even dress at the same time due to no space.

− They need to fix the shower room light, as it doesn't switch off fully and at night beams over the bed. Had to use a towel and robe to block the light.

9.0Location was excellent, not too far from underground station and the Royal Albert Hall. The room was very clean, and the staff were really helpful and friendly. Nice, big towels!
− Tea and coffee making facilities would have been nice, although, as we booked a 'petite' room this would have been difficult , to be fair.

The elevator is on the first floor and not on the ground floor.
