We have been traveling to Hawaii for over 20 years with business conferences located at major resorts. This facility has far exceeded our expectations! The staff is wonderful, communication with Marianne was prompt and efficient . She even anticipated needs we didn't know we needed such as late check out, local amenities, current events etc. We saved so much money as it is half the cost of large resorts. The units provide full kitchen facility and room to move! We avoided high restaurant costs because we were able to grocery shop and do some minor cooking! Nothing major in that respect we are on vacation after all! The pool was wonderful and almost private most of the day. If you are daring there is snorkeling right out your back door. A short beach walk to Baby Beach, short drive to several other beaches and they even provide chairs and unbrellas. We also had a cute little shopping center to walk to in the evenings the Shops at Kukuiulia ! We will most likely never stay anywhere else! ITS JUST THAT GOOD!!

Amazing Kaua’i experience!

We had an amazing stay at beautiful Whalers Cove! Our condo (136) was perfect and the ocean and sunset views simply stunning. Very close to good beaches and restaurants etc - anything you may want. The staff is super helpful and friendly.

A Great Stay-cation!

Wow! Talk about quiet island tranquility--Whalers Cove Resort captures that beautifully! Our unit 111 was perfectly appointed, had the best beds, great views, interesting island decor, full kitchen. Whatever occurred to us to "need" was there. Reading material, TV and email of course, binoculars to check out fishing boats or marine life, great swimming pool, easy walk to shopping, restaurants. Most of all, restful, uninterrupted, get-away-from-it-all stay-cation. We drove a full 25 minutes to get there from Lihue, found it to be beautiful (a change of pace from our routine sights), oceanfront, quiet, complete change of pace and routine--just what we needed. Spacious unit. Great staff. Couldn't have been better. Best of the Best is right! Thank you, Whaler's Cove Resort!

Whalers Cove is beautiful in every way.

Beautiful property, perfect location

We have visited Kauai several times, but this was our first stay at Whalers Cove Resort. We love the Poipu area, and the location of this resort is ideal. It was an easy 5-10 minute walk to the Kukui'ula Village Shopping Center in the evenings for dinner. The ocean views from our condo were spectacular, and we enjoyed listening to the waves at night and watching the turtles in the cove during the day. The pool was terrific, and it's just a short walk to Baby Beach for a beach day. We only visited for a long weekend from Oahu, so we didn't test out all the kitchen facilities. But the kitchen was well-equipped for a longer stay. We will definitely return to this property on future visits to Kauai!

The unit was updated and had everything a family needs. We cooked thanks to all the thoughtful appliances and utensils. Great location- Walking distance from the shops and Baby’s beach. Had all the beach amenities too. There is a beautiful pool and a spa with picturesque views.
