10.0Οι οικοδεσπότες πρόσχαροι και διαθέσιμοι πάντα. Το διαμέρισμα είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και εργονομικό. όλα μέσα ηταν σαν να ηταν αχρησιμοποίητα, το φυσικό φως άπλετο, ο φυσικός αερισμός άφθονος, δύο μπαλκόνια με τέσσερις μπαλκονόπορτες συνολικά, το μπάνιο ευρύχωρο. Η καθαριότητα ήταν σε άφταστο επίπεδο. Θεωρώ οτι οι οικοδεσπότες το έφτιαξαν για ιδία χρήση αρχικά και γι' αυτό το αποτέλεσμα είναι άριστο.

− Θορυβώδες κλιματιστικό ιδίως στο υπνοδωμάτιο, ελαφρώς δύσβατη περιοχή, ορισμένα δυσλειτουργικά παντζούρια στο κλείδωμά τους.
