9.0Very kind host. Helped me with a problem. Nice layout. Good lighting. Washing machine with 1 hour wash and dry programme. Great when travelling.
− Lift out of action. Landlord's fault but a problem for those with mobility issues. Was 1st floor so not a huge problem.

10.0A perfect sized room with great facilities. The location is great and in a really lovely part of Sheffield, with easy walkable access to the centre and access to public transport for places like Meadowhall.

7.0Well equipped and mostly comfortable. easy reach of the city centre and lots of places close by to eat and drink.
− We had problems with the TV and left a message on the answerphone asking for a solution. The message didn't get picked up so nobody called back. The door to the bathroom couldn't be closed, the heated towel rail didn't work and the wine glasses on the shelf were covered in dust.
