We had a wonderful stay at Sri Sayang Apartment. We arrived in Penang very early, around 7:00 a.m., and spent some time around Air Itam before reaching out to our host, Mamun, to ask if an early check-in was possible. We truly appreciate Mamun's effort in accommodating our request. Although the previous guests had just checked out, he did his very best to clean and prepare the unit as quickly as possible. Despite the rush, the apartment was handed over to us in excellent condition—very clean and well-prepared. He managed to let us check in by 1:00 p.m., which we were very grateful for. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable, making our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you, Mamun, for your excellent hospitality and for going the extra mile to make our stay pleasant. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Penang! 🌟

− They could consider on the parking as guest need pay the parking fee everytime in and out. The maximum pay was rm 10.

Very Disappointing Stay – Wrong Unit, Poor Maintenance & Sleepless Night

Only location were strategic

− I did not receive the unit that I booked. My booking was for Unit 10-04, but when I arrived, the security guard informed me that the unit had already been assigned to another guest. I was then given a different unit, Unit 26-05. The condition of the replacement unit was very disappointing. The door could not be locked properly, the air conditioner was dirty and not cooling, and the main entrance door was dirty with old water stains that had clearly not been cleaned for a long time. The bathroom in the master bedroom was also in poor condition. The light was very dim, and the toilet bowl was loose and moved when used, as if it could collapse at any time. There were also many disturbing noises throughout the night (it was fine during the daytime). The noises were so unsettling that they felt like paranormal sounds, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. Another disappointment was the parking fee. Guests are required to pay RM1 per hour, with a maximum charge of RM10 for stays exceeding 10 hours. This additional cost was not clearly communicated beforehand. Overall, my stay was extremely disappointing. The accommodation did not match my expectations, and the poor condition of the unit, unexpected room change, disturbing noises, and additional parking charges made the experience very unpleasant. I would not recommend this property
