1.0We arrived at the property only to find that there was a long term let tenant in place. We had received no communication or cancellation prior to our arrival to this effect.
− No communication from the owner and booking. Com offered no support. We booked and paid for this on November 2024, 9 months ahead of the arrival date 18th Aug. All booking did was provide a link to book somewhere else that evening when hull was sold out in their site. Appalling!

− There was no vacuum cleaner, broom or dustpan to clean the apartment. I stayed for 7 days. I don't like dirty environments. There should be more bath towels. There was no washing machine. There was no cutting board The knives were not good enough to meet the needs of cooking

10.0The truth is that it is a very cozy place, complete with everything you may need, well equipped, it is exactly as seen in the photos and its host Tom is very friendly and helpful, I will book with them again for the future.
