Pool

− The furniture was very uncomfortable, the kitchen was out of date, there was underwear laying on the rear patio that didn't belong to us, the grounds were not clean, there was leaves and stains on the concrete in the pool area, the trash at the pool area had not been cleaned out or removed from trash can, the windows in the condo was very dirty, there were no handle on the outside slider door to open the door it had been removed or torn off, all the furniture in the condo was very cheap like Wayfair made very uncomfortable, the couch the chairs and the beds. The front screen door fell off its hinges and it was hard to lock and open and close when I was coming and leaving.The road into the condo was very dirty lots of trash from the shipping yard tons of trash tons of traffic and very loud. When we showered the hot water would only be hot for approximately 3 to 5 minutes then it would turn cold and the hot water would never come back on, the maintenance man came and checked it he just came and turned it on the water it got hot and that's all he did. The hot water on demand tank seemed to not be working properly. If there were more than one person that showered within a 20 minute time frame the hot water would run out on the second and third person. I will never stay at another place owned and operated by this company. It was very expensive and very displeasing when I checked in I was expecting a better overall experience which did not happen. I do not recommend this condo to be rented by anyone including myself until all the issues have been fixed that I have listed it's not worth the money because everything is broken and out of date.

Pool and hot tub

− Hot water was delayed in kitchen and bathrooms and no wash clothes, kitchen was in poor shape with water stains. Showers had very bad water stains on door glass ..Furniture was out dated. Photos depicted something different and did not show shipping off loading in bay and beach was covered in seaweed and was not unable or could not enjoy beach

Lovely Family Getaway Spot

We loved walking right out to the pool! The condo itself was lovely - beautiful model ships on the wall. We liked being out of the noise of town but able to walk to anything we needed. We loved having air conditioning in the bedrooms and excellent WiFi. I also appreciated quick responses through the app when we had an issue with WiFi.

− There were a few changes that would make this an exceptional place. First, it would be great to have a couple key household essentials - a mat when you walk in the sliding door (wet feet from the pool make the tile as slippery as ice and you don’t want to track water throughout the house); a few wooden cooking utensils and decent knives. Then, the main bedroom’s shower is unusable as the shower head just sprays water everywhere but down; a towel rack for pool towels; additional indoor mosquito prevention in the bathrooms - they’re getting in somehow!
