8.0Έχει βολική εσωτερική διαρρύθμιση για το μέγεθός του και πολύ ωραία θέα. Διαθέτει parking. Ο οικοδεσπότης μας άφησε να κάνουμε check-in νωρίτερα και μας έδωσε οδηγίες για ότι τον ρωτήσαμε.
− Ο ιδιωτικός κήπος δεν ήταν εντελώς ιδιωτικώς καθώς οι υπόλοιποι ένοικοι έπρεπε να περάσουν από τον δικό μας για να ανέβουν στον κοινόχρηστο χώρο και εμείς έπρεπε να περάσουμε από τον δικό τους για να πάμε στην εξώπορτα. Είχε 2 πλαστικές άνετες καρέκλες για 3 άτομα και 2 ξύλινες οι οποίες δεν ήταν τόσο άνετες. Στο μπάνιο δεν υπήρχε κουρτίνα. Δεν υπάρχει σε κοντινή απόσταση (με τα πόδια) κάποιος φούρνος ή mini market.
