− Ha delle potenzialità ma dovrebbe essere curata di più, c’erano diverse cose rotte o non funzionanti. Basterebbe poco per portare la struttura a un livello superiore

6.0Dobra lokalizacja, blisko do Sagrada Familia. Wygodne zameldowanie bez udziału właściciela. Łóżka wygodne.
− W windzie karaluchy. Jedna z łazienek z popsutym zamkiem. Dało się korzystać, ale bez zamykania drzwi. Zdecydowania za mało papieru toaletowego, musieliśmy dokupić sami. Sam apartament wymaga remontu.

7.0Bel appartement, bien situé, mais dans son jus. Clim dans toutes les pièces A deux pas de la Sagrada Familia et pas très loin d'une bouche de métro. Des parkings à côté si vous venez en voiture, mais attention, le prix peut vite être conséquent
− Aurait besoin d'un petit coup de frais. Ne pas inviter des amis pour diner car si vous êtes plus de 8, il manquera des verres , couverts et assiettes... Sinon, c'était bien
