− Upon arrival, no electricity at the property. Quite hard to get help. Trying contact the property agent and Booking.com customer service. Agent cannot contact, Booking.com customer service for auto reply machine is not good. Difficult to get help. The auto reply machine take too many times. Once key-in booking confirmation number through the phone call, it takes too long for the machine response to confirm the number we key-in. Really waste time. I don't like Booking.com Customer Service, year 2025 but you using "Old School" system, likes over than 20 years. BTW the property agent give a good corporation once he realize we facing problem while check-in (No electric). Credit to him.
