Villa with magnificent view

The villa is fully equipped and very clean. It has 3 bedrooms and a large area after a nice entrance. It has a spacious bathroom. The kitchen is very spacious and functional. The villa is located in a gated community. You can enter through the main door with a remote control. The door of the villa is always closed. You must open the door yourself or someone inside the villa must open it. The villas have 2 floors and this villa is on the 2nd floor. The top part of the villa belongs to you and you can sunbathe or barbecue there if you want. In this villa, I saw the most beautiful view I have ever seen in my life. It has a magnificent view. Mount Etna was right in front of us. While we were there, Etna exploded 2 times and we watched it like a movie from Villa. They were incredible images. You wake up in the morning and you see a deep blue sea view. There is a dining table on the terrace and you can eat all your meals in front of this view. You can watch the sunrise and sunset. In a word, number 10 is a Villa. The villa is exactly between Catania and Syracuse. If you want to stay in this villa and want to see different places, you definitely need to rent a car because there is no public transportation to the place where the villa is located. If you go to the Syracuse side of the villa, you can see the most beautiful sandy beaches with clear waters you will ever see. There are no spectacular beaches on the Catania side. Also, if you don't want to go to a remote beach, you can go to Agnone Bagni beach, which is only 5 minutes away from the Villa. This beach is a beautiful sandy beach and the bottom of the sea is sandy. We definitely recommend you to visit Syracuze. Catania is also a beautiful and historical city. There are a lot of restaurant options.Giuila, the owner of the villa, and Azzurra, who took care of the villa, helped us in everything.

− You can walk to the Villa's beach in 5 minutes. The beach is completely rocky. The bottom of the sea is rocky. The beach is not suitable at all for guests with orthopedic problems or elderly guests. The villa is in a very quiet area. There is no public transportation. You definitely need to rent a car. Not suitable for guests who have serious health problems and may need immediate assistance. It does not seem possible for an ambulance to come to that area. Even if the ambulance arrives, it is not possible to reach it in a short time. The nearest grocery store, Lidl, is a 15-minute drive away.
