− 같은건물 2층에 노래방이 있어 소음이심하고, 방청소상태가 불량하고 직원이 불친절함

3.0영천시내 중심에 있어 다니기가 편리했음
− 호텔건물 2층에있는 노래방 소음으로 매우 불편했음(오전 2시30분에도 3충 객실에 노랫소리가 들려 잠을 들수가 없었음) 그리고 방바닥에 먼지와 머리카락이 그대로 있어 청소상태가 엉망이고, 세면대 물이 잘 빠지지 않아 불편했음.
