− They showed pictures of the whole house but didn’t know there was a one bedroom apartment. Which is what they say we booked. Sent in a request to get a refund which was on the cancellation policy but then said no refund even though we requested it on the time they said.
Called a liar, leaving with bites…plain shittee

− Infested with ANTs The owner said I was lying, I’m not. I had guests over and 3 of them left. The ants were coming in apt in hoards. I’m 100% disabled war veteran USAF and I spent hour a day cleaning & killing BUGS. I want immediate refund. I had no other lodging, so I bought with my $$ sprays traps etc. No offer to reimburse. I went as far as to caulk one hole outside and with NO baseboard, they were buying me, on microwave etc etc I feel dirty and packed for my next destination.
