− Η καθαριότητα το κυριότερο. Ζητήσαμε 3 φορές να μας καθαρίσουν και μετά από τις 3 φορές βρήκαμε φαγητό και μια ωτοασπίδα κάτω από τα κρεβάτια. Επίσης την πρώτη μέρα δεν είχαμε πετσέτες για όλα τα άτομα και όταν ζητήσαμε να μας φέρουν ήταν οι περισσότερες βρώμικες. Ακόμα η μια καρέκλα στο μπαλκόνι ήταν χαλασμένη, βρήκαμε υπολείμματα τροφών ανάμεσα στις σχισμές στο τραπέζι, το φωτιστικό στο δωμάτιο ήταν σπασμένο και κρεμόταν, δεν υπήρχε απλώστρα και τα κρεβάτια ήταν ετοιμόρροπα και οι πλάκες έφευγαν πανεύκολα.
