9.0Great location in the heart of the old town, nicely refurbished apartment, spacious, well equipped kitchen. Shared washing machine was a bonus as was the free bottle of red wine! Very nice host, responded immediately to an issue we had with the kettle. Nice restaurants very close by.

10.0Joana, who runs the property, is an incredibly kind and helpful host. She truly made my stay a wonderful experience. She was always happy to help and even provided me with an anti-mosquito plug, extra towels, and a bottle of wine as a thoughtful gift during my stay. The apartment is located on a beautiful UNESCO World Heritage street, surrounded by lovely restaurants in the heart of the old town. It’s the perfect location for exploring Coimbra and visiting the university and other main attractions. The bed was very comfortable, and the apartment had everything I needed. It was spacious enough for three or four people, and the sofa was also incredibly comfortable. I especially loved the interior design—it beautifully combines modern style with the historic character of the building. The only suggestion I have would be to add some comfortable seating by the beautiful windows in the large apartment. It would be the perfect spot to enjoy breakfast or simply relax while taking in the atmosphere.

− Cour d entrée sale , un immense escalier de plus de 25 marches raides pour accéder au chambres ( merci d'en informer vos hôtes ) , insonorisation très mal faite , le moindre pas s entend, vmc de la sdb bruyante plus plus
