8.0Beautiful flat. Stairs up are a little bit daunting with young kids but manageable. I was skeptical about being so close to an airport, but I must say I never heard a single plane over the 4 night stay. The owners have gone out their way to make the stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible. I tried to extend the stay, but it was sold out. We will definitely be back
