Ein Stadthaus mit Pool und sehr geräumig, in den Schlafzimmern mit Klimaanlage, eine sehr zentrale Lage. Es gab in den ersten beiden Tagen Probleme mit der Wasserverdorgung, aber trotz Wochenende kam abends der Klempner und am nächsten Tag noch einmal.

Maison confortable, propre, joliment décorée et grande ! Piscine et jardin privés. Centre accessible à pied.

− Les échanges via la messagerie avec l’hôte n’ont pas été suffisamment fluides (absence de réponses aux questions), il nous a été expliqué que l’hôte rencontrait un bug avec l’application, mais ceci nous a posé plusieurs difficultés.

Heerlijk verblijf gehad

Leuk huis met heerlijk eigen zwembad. Woonkamer geen airco maar ook niet gemist. Ligt vlakbij gezellige centrum

− Huis heeft klein beetje aandacht nodig. Badkamer boven geen druk dus 1 badkamer kunnen gebruiken. Meubilair in de tuin helaas merendeel kapotte stoelen

Nice place but we had some issues

The house was spacious. The garden is large and it has a pool. There is a parking spot for a car. The house feels safe and secure.

− My main complaint is that the house is advertised as air conditioned. However only the bedrooms have air con! Furthermore, the air con in the downstairs bedroom i stayed in was not very strong despite the coldest setting. The temperature in the rest of the house was very uncomfortable. To make matters worse, we were unable to use the pool because it was quite dirty. We had a number of issues that we raised to the hosts during our stay: Wifi was not working (fixed by hosts during our stay) Hot water not working (fixed by hosts during our stay) Shower causing electric shocks due to faulty boiler (fixed by hosts during our stay) Swimming pool was dirty (cleaned by hosts during our stay) The gas for the hob ran out (fixed by our hosts during our stay) The fridge turned off overnight so when we woke up all the ice had melted and some of the food had to be discarded (i did not raise this issue with the hosts although i have a video which i cannot upload to booking.com) Once we finally raised these issues to the hosts, they fixed the issues promptly. The hosts responded quickly and were very attentive. They left us a gift to apologise for the issues. Perhaps there may be a reasonable explanation as to why some of the issues arose (e.g. it was rainy season so the pool gets dirty quickly despite regularly cleaning). However, we found this combination of issues during a 4 day stay too unacceptable to ignore. For example on one of the days we couldnt cook breakfast because the hob wasnt working, the meat spoiled because the fridge turned off, we couldnt cool down in the pool because it was dirty, and when we took a shower if you touch the controls with your bare hand you will get a painful electric shock.
