Great house for short and long term stay.
10.0Location was great. Beautiful park front of the house. The kitchen was sufficiently equipped. Loved to have water boiler. Close to downtown. The owner answered the phone promptly and helped us to find the door and to unlock.

Nice cozy historic home
9.0Location was perfect for me to visit friends just a few blocks away. Also there was a safe place to get my cat outside behind the house despite it's location on a busy street. I like the idea that the historic homes in this part of Lakeland are being renovated and shared with so many others by using them as short term rentals.
− On a couple of very hot humid nights I could not adjust the HVAC system to a lower temp which I would have done in my own home, Thankfully the overhead fan worked well.
