− The bathroom and the 3 flights of stairs which was difficult to ascend with luggage. The common area needed refurbishment / clean.

6.0The location and the cleanness.
− It was a nice, clean and spacious apartment in a good location. The air conditioning and hot water were great, and it was a thoughtful touch that the hosts provided some coffee and tea for our arrival. There were a few issues. The main one was the many stairs to the apartment. With a toddler, a baby and a pram, carrying everything up and down the stairs was very difficult and inconvenient. For this reason, I would not recommend it for families with very young children. There was also no microwave, which was manageable, but the biggest concern was the electricity. Every time we used the kettle, the electricity would trip and the entire apartment would lose power. We had to go to the switchboard to turn it back on. This happened frequently and was also mentioned in the apartment guidebook. A few small additions, such as tea towels and tissues, would also have made the stay more comfortable. Overall, it was a lovely apartment and we enjoyed our stay. I would recommend it, but mainly for families without very young children or a pram.

10.0Property is situated in a good location! Everything you may need is within walking distance. Food, grocery store, shopping centers, restaurants etc. Space was big, kitchen had plenty of dishes to use. Bathroom was stocked with basic toiletries. Beds were very comfortable and clean.
− There is no elevator, something to keep in mind in case of needing one.
Fijne centrale plek in een zeer levendige straat.
9.0Prachtige ruime accommodatie. Alle benodigdheden zijn aanwezig. Zeer centraal gelegen. Heerlijke bedden.
− De woonkamer en keuken zijn erg donker, er zijn nauwelijks/geen ramen. 's Ochtends en 's middags zaten we er met het licht aan. Let op: neem oordopjes mee, het is 's avonds erg rumoerig in de straat (zelfs in februari).
