1.0− The host denied my stay on arrival and sold for better price to another customer offline. They have denied my stay after having confirmed booking and on arriving at the location. The host is rude and unapologetic. Such properties should be banned on platforms. My whole family was under distress because of their unethical practices.

10.0The cottage it located on the main road, so it was very easy to locate. Very spacious living room, dining area, bedrooms and clean bathrooms. The caretaker, Mansoor bhaiya was very prompt and helpful with any questions we had. He also guided us on which places to go in Wayanad and helped arrange a rickshaw for us. Overall, a beautiful, comfortable stay and recommended for friends as well as family.

10.0This was the most convenient, thoughtfully arranged, well-maintained stay that I've had the fortune to find in my three months of travel in India. The house is spatious and homely, designed in a distinct, New England style. Mansoor was extremely kind, generous and helpful.

9.0This is an amazing property, home from home. One of the best places we have stayed in 12 years of visiting India. Owner Jay and caretaker Mansoor couldn't do enough to make our stay memorable. We will return if in the area. Would recommend.Thank you so much.
