8.0I liked the location and the decour. It was very simple and classy and clean. They left three fans for us to use as the weather was hot and the flat itself I think is a bit hot. Also, we stayed for my boyfriend’s birthday weekend and I told the manager quite late that it was his birthday and asked if he could put up anything special (like balloons or a banner or flowers). They surprised me with Ice Cream and Prosecco! Love!
− The entrance to the building is a bit dodgy. It has a limitation of water use which to be honest I dont know if it’s enough or too little, but just by knowing I had a limitation it meant I was afraid to wash my long curly hair while staying in the property.

9.0The apartment was in a great spot, we were able to walk to Windsor Castle, close to restaurants, shopping, etc. The apartment was very clean, modern, and had all the necessary items needed for a comfortable stay.
Pleasant stay, good communication with the host and all good and as expected

10.0Very comfortable apparent for family stay. Had everything we needed. Really good communication from the stuff. Very helpful.
− Not the host fault but surrounding can be a bit weird. I mean, it was lots of low-life people in the location. But it's 'normal' for the British city centre these days everywhere, nothing to do with the apartment. We didn't have any problems though.

9.0Property was awesome! Landlord, very prompt with help and answering questions and working with us.
− No Air conditioning. All the windows did open and property did have a fan, just didn’t seem like much breeze came through. Understand a lot of apartments and property in England do not have air conditioners so this is probably comparable to most properties.
