− Appartement mal lavé a notre arrivee. Pas de service de nettoyage et non plus pas de balais dans l appartement. Coupures frequentes de l electricité de l appartement lors de l utilisations de la cuisiniere. Volontemé des hotes a resoudre les probleme tres limitée

Couldn't fault our stay at Casa Om, it was the absolute highlight of our travels in Mexico.
10.0Thoroughly enjoyable stay at Casa Om, highly recommend it! Natasha was fantastic in her communication, the house itself was perfect for us, a beautiful oasis, lovingly and thoughtfully designed and decorated. The kids didn't want to leave the house even to go to the beach! The pool is incredible.
