I really liked the location, a wonderful view of the sea from the balcony. The beach is very close. The air conditioning was a great help in the heat,The owner helped with booking a transfer to the airport.

− The owner sent the exact address and check-in instructions late. We arrived early, but unfortunately couldn't leave our suitcases. Initially, there was no trash can and bags, and there was no kettle, but after we contacted the owner, they delivered everything to the apartment. The bathroom handle was broken, and the door wouldn't close at all. We had to use a towel to close it. This was inconvenient, and the problem was not solved during our stay. There was no salt in the kitchen, and the kitchen utensils were very limited, there were no colander and ladle .Almost all the clothespins were broken, we had to buy them ourselves. The public beach was dirty, there was a lot of garbage and no one cleaned it during our entire 12-day stay. There is also a very steep stair to the 3rd floor.

Everything was good, the rooms, the view, the owner. Everything! 3 air conditioners all working!

− internet mohol byť stabilnejší, panvice na varenie by mohli byť kvalitnejšie

The terrace view is to die for, truly amazing and beautiful. :) The hosts were also extremely kind in allowing us to check in earlier after an all-night drive. The apartment was clean and spacious. I would particularly like to compliment the extremely comfortable beds, as well as ACs in all three major rooms, which made the nights very comfortable (because you really shouldn't open the doors because of mosquitoes). There was enough parking in front of the building during our stay (which was during the first half of June). There is a wonderful "secret" beach close to the apartment which is quite small and nice (however, not for a large group of people). The main beach is 5 mintues away by foot (however I recommend the Sahara Beach which is further away since the main beach is too crowded and the sunbeds are ridiculously expensive)

− The biggest problem was the intercom and the keys. The intercom did not work. We could hear the ring, but couldn't open the building door. That would not have been a big deal, except the hosts only provided 1 key (and refused to provide another) for the 4 of us, which meant having to GO DOWN THE THIRD FLOOR every time someone wanted to enter the building. Since the accommodation is for 4+ people, this should really be taken care of. There are a couple of minor issues which, if taken care of, could really boost the overall satisfaction for future tenants. From the outside, the building looks like the Adams family home. The entrance gate is falling apart, the grass has overrun the gate, and the stone supports are a "push" away from collapsing. The inside of the building was terribly dirty as well, full of dust, dirt, and cobwebs. Also, a minor thing, but there was no trash can. We had to keep the trash in bags in the kitchen.
