− Tudo estava bom.
Schöne Betten, toller Ausblick, aber auch Schwachpunkte
8.0Schöne Wohnung, die durch zwei Dinge positiv heraussticht: Die Betten sind erstklassig (für mich wegen Rückenproblemen sehr wichtig!) und der entspannende Blick vom Wohnzimmer aus aufs Wasser ist ganz, ganz wunderbar. Weitere Pluspunkte: Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet, die Wohnung ist riesig groß, im Bad gibt es am Spiegel ein sehr angenehmes Nacht-Licht und die Dusche tat gut.
− Drei Dinge waren störend: Der Schimmel an der Decke in der Küche (ein NoGo!), dass das WiFi während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht funktionierte (Eigentümer wollte das zuständige Unternehmen anrufen, aber da passierte nichts) und dass die Nachbarn sehr laut sind, die Wände sind überall dünn. Die Türen der Zimmer quietschen zudem sehr, was in der Nacht nervig ist. Das alles könnte der Eigentümer schnell klären, dann wäre es eine glatte 10.

− No internet when we were there (the property forgot the password from WI-FI). The apartment was not cleaned after our arriving and very important - the property wasn't online to decide these and many other problems. I can't recommend this apartment to stay.

1.0− Recusei pagar a caução de €250 por achar abusivo. Resposta da gestão: sem caução, sem acesso ao apartamento. Sem alternativa, paguei. Fotografei todas as avarias à entrada por desconfiança — e bem fiz. Três dias após o check-out, acusaram-me de partir uma placa do fogão que já estava danificada quando cheguei, com registo fotográfico com data e hora a provar. Com provas em mão, continuam a recusar o estorno. Retenção de dinheiro com base numa mentira documentada. Chargeback aberto. Esta gestão não merece a confiança de ninguém. Se ficar aqui, fotografe absolutamente tudo antes de entrar
